What international visitors say about Känn trädgården
”Thank you so much for hosting our gruop! We loved exploring your beautiful garden and will certainly be back!”
Charlie Nantuzzi & Goodspeed Tours, USA, after a visit in September 2024
”Thank you for such a wonderful visit. I loved the garden, the way you worked WITH the site to create such a beautiful place. Also your generosity by inviting the public to enjoy it.”
Maureen Kesteven, The National Gardens Scheme, England.
“Thank you for showing us around your own garden. Absolutely perfect for us – garden enthusiasts! Just the right length, with insights into different design elements, composition and colours, all presented in real-life settings – you couldn’t have a better opportunity to learn. And on top of that, it all looked enchanting! Your book is like a study book in its own right. I’m looking forward to our meeting next year!”

The layout and plantings are designed by Camilla Danielsson, who takes her inspiration from her garden idea ”Colour, Shape and Scent” and from the nearby nature. It has several atmospheric settings and diverse plantings from mixed borders, roses and herbs, woodlands and meadows, with interest from May to September.
Vibrant spring bulbs and soft hellebores in April and May.
Tree peonies in May, one of the most beautiful seasons in Känn trädgården.
Azaleas and rododendron put colour and scent to the whole garden in May and June.
Enjoy refreshments or a Swedish ”fika” in the garden!
In June and July the garden is full of roses and perennials in colourful borders.
Whilst in the woodland you can explore all nuances of fresh green and colourful Japanese maples.
There are plenty of spaces to sit down for a chat or reflections.
In September and October the garden turns to gold, red and purple from perennial, ornamental grasses and leafs.
